Features with Additional Fees
The majority of features within the CRM are included within the subscription cost. However, there are a handful of features that may be used at your choice that include usage based fees.
Content AI, Conversation AI, Premium Tasks, Workflow AI, Business Phone & Texting, and WhatsApp are optional use features and have additional fees associated with them and are usage based. These are optional features to turn on in the CRM and use. The usage cost of these features are charged against credits that are recharged as you hit a minimum you control.
Usage Based Fees
Content AI - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.90 for 1000 words. To get started, each account receives 500 free words.
Conversation AI - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $ 0.25 per message generation.
Premium Tasks - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.05 per task. This is a Zapier replacement.
Workflow AI - No monthly fee. This is charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.15 per AI workflow action. To get started, each account receives 100 AI workflows.
Email Sending - On the LITE plan. 300 emails sent per month is included in your subscription. Starting with your 301 email sent, you will be charged $0.003 per email sent. This refreshes each month.
On the GROW and PRO, over 50,000 emails send per month will incur additional fees. Starting with your 50,001 email sent, you will be charged $0.003 per email sent. This refreshes each month.
Review AI - No monthly fee. This is only charged based on your usage. The cost is $0.4 per review.
Monthly and Usage Based Fees
Business Phone & Texting - There is a one-time registration fee that costs between $15-20 to ensure you are a trusted business for texting. The phone line is $6 monthly plus your usage. Text messages cost $0.0375 to send and $0.0395 to receive messages. Phone calls cost $0.065 per minute to make calls and $0.0425 per minute to receive calls. See the FAQs for more details.
WhatsApp - The monthly fee is $15 per month, plus usage costs. WhatsApp charges usage based on the type of message, which you set. In the US the cost $0.148 per conversation.
Monthly Fee
Domain - You may purchase domains through the CRM starting at $12.05 per year. The domain cost depends on the domain extension. We sell all the typical domain extensions including, but not limited to: .com, .net, .org, .co, .academy, .agency.
Branded Client Portal Mobile App - The branded client portal app is an add-on service that allows you to customize the mobile app according to your preferences, including the app name, icon, and colors. The cost is $79 per month.
How are you Charged?
Charges are handled on a credit basis. You will be charged an amount based and your monthly fee and usage will be charged against your credits. Once you reach your low balance amount, you account will automatically recharge based on the settings. The default settings are Auto Recharge of $10 and Low Balance of $0. Our recommendation is to increase the Recharge amount to $50.
