Send Contracts & Documents from a Workflow

Able to send Contracts & Documents automatically from a workflow based on an Trigger. The default Proposal / Estimate Template settings will be used automatically to send the document from workflows.

Send proposals after opportunity status is changed

How to Automatically Send

Create a Contract Template
Go to Automations >> Workflows and create a workflow
Add a Trigger
Add the Action Send Proposal/Estimate

Assign the User sending the Proposal or Estimate
Select your Proposal or Estimate Template
