Contract Notifications

Customize contract notifications and email subject lines. Access these customization options within the Settings page under “Customer Notifications” and “Team Notifications” for a quick and hassle-free setup.

  • Go to Payments >> Contracts & Documents

  • Select Settings


Customer Notifications

These are notifications your client will receive. My recommendation is to turn on both notifications to keep the client informed.

  • Select the email template you have customized for each notification as indicated below
  • Customized the email subject line


Team Notifications

Team notifications will now be sent to the business user who is sending the contract by default. This keeps the sender informed when a contract has been signed.
  • Select the email template you have customized
  • Customized the email subject line


Product Invoicing

This is an optional notification. Most of my clients choose to do this manually.

  • Select the email template you have customized for each notification as indicated below
  • Customized the email subject line
