Manage Stripe Payment Methods

The CRM displays payment methods dynamically if business users have Stripe connected as their default payment provider for processing payments across the system. The following payment methods are supported as of today:

  • Cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • ACH Direct Debit
  • Affirm
  • Klarna
  • AfterPay

All payment methods are enabled with the set up on your account and integration with Stripe.

This article provides directions on how to customize your Stripe payment methods.

Use Cases

Below are ways to customize your payment types.


  • Pay by ACH only for one-time Invoice payments
  • Pay by Credit Card types for recurring Invoice payments
  • Pay by Credit Card and ACH types from Order Forms
  • Pay by Credit Card and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) types within the eCommerce Store and not the ACH option
  • All options for all payments types
  • Turn off BNPL for all payment channels.

Customize Your Stripe Payment Methods


  • Open your Stripe Account
  • Go to Settings -> Connect -> Payment methods

  • Click Edit Settings for Your Account

  • Click the dropdown and select the LeadConnector options

There will be 4 configurations available with LeadConnector here allowing you to turn on or off specific payment methods for each payment type within the CRM.


To turn off a specific payment method, select the right configuration followed by selecting the payment method and you will be seeing an option to turn it off.

  • Invoice - Used for one time invoices or recurring invoices with auto payments turned off and Text2Pay links
  • InvoiceWithAutopayment - Used for recurring invoices with auto-payments enabled
  • Store - Used for payment methods on online stores on websites
  • Default - Used everywhere else like 1-step and 2-step order forms, payment links, memberships and communities

You will be able to select a configuration and turn on/off specific payment methods from the list above.
