A business card scanner mobile app swiftly captures, organizes, and stores contact information from physical business cards using your smartphone's camera and the CRM Mobile App.

Scan a New Business Card and Add a Contact

  • Open the Mobile App
  • Click on the Lightening Bolt
  • Select Scan Business Card

  • Scan the business card using your mobile phone camera
    • You may scan multiple cards at once or one at a time
  • Click Save Scanned Business Card
  • Edit the Contact Record
    • As with any Business Card Scanner, you will want to review the contact and ensure the information is correct and complete.
    1. Card chips: After scanning the business card, edits can still be made with help of chips available at the bottom. Drag the relevant text to the relevant field to rectify the error.
  • Save the Contact Record
  • RECOMMENDED: Add a tag to identify contacts added via the Scanner
