Introduction to Ask AI Assistant

What is Ask AI?

Ask AI is a built-in virtual assistant. It combines smart AI capabilities with your brand context to help you take action inside the system, directly from a single interface. You’ll find the Ask AI icon in the top navigation bar. Ask AI also supports a distraction-free, full-screen workspace so you can plan, generate, and take action without switching screens.


Note: In order to generate personalized/branded content, make sure that you have configured your brand voice in Marketing > Branded Content > Brand Voice.


Who can use Ask AI?

Currently Ask AI is available to all Sub-account Admins. It can be found and used in the top right at anytime or the Ask AI tab in the navigation bar.


What can the bot do?

Here’s a closer look at what Ask AI currently supports:

  1. Create Branded Content: No more generic AI writing, the bot pulls in your brand voice settings to generate content that sounds like you. From email newsletters to social captions, it creates high-quality content tailored to your tone and brand voice settings.
  2. Create Communities: Setting up a new community no longer requires digging through menus. Just tell the bot what kind of community you want to create, and it will guide you step-by-step, all from the chat.
  3. Answer Questions or Help with Ideas: Need inspiration for a campaign? Want ideas about a blog CTA? Directly send them to Ask AI.
  4. Execute Actions in the CRM (MCP-Powered): Ask AI can run supported in-app actions from chat like creating or updating records, rescheduling appointments, pulling data, or bulk-updating opportunities based on your permissions.

Improved List-Based Element Updates

Ask AI now supports item-level updates for list-based elements inside the Website and Funnel Builder.


Previously, small AI edits to list-based components (such as FAQs or Pricing Tables) could result in the entire list being rewritten — even if only one item needed to change.

How to use Ask AI Bot?


Follow these steps to get started:


  1. Click on the Ask AI Bot icon in the top navigation bar.

  1. Type in what you need: content, a new community, ideas, or questions.

  1. The bot will guide you or respond instantly with what you asked for.

You can start with something like:

“Give me blog post ideas about SMS marketing.

“Write a Facebook ad post using my brand voice.”

“Help me set up a community for local business owners.”


  1. You can also view the chat history, and go back to older chats directly by toggle next to the full-screen toggle.


Open Ask AI from the left navigation

Ask AI opens in a full-screen workspace, so it is not a chatbot tucked in a corner. Use it to focus on real work and complete higher-volume tasks without leaving the CRM. You can access Ask AI from the left navigation at the account level.

  1. In your account, look at the left navigation panel.
  2. Click Ask AI (it appears as a dedicated menu item).
  3. In the Ask AI workspace, you can:
    • Click New chat to start a fresh thread.
    • Use Search to find previous conversations (if available).


Example 1: Generate Branded Content


  1. Click on the Ask AI Bot icon in the top nbar.
  2. Type your request, for example:

Create a new social media for our easter offer for 20% on all the services.


Note: Make sure you have setup Brand Voice, to ensure personalized content.


  1. The assistant will pull in your brand voice settings and return a ready-to-use draft, the assistant can refine the provided text and modify it to meet your specific needs.

  1. Click on create draft or make changes as per your need and then execute accordingly.


Example 2: Create a Voice AI agent

Use Ask AI to set up a Voice AI agent and route urgent calls using a Call Transfer Action.


  1. Open Ask AI and Enter a prompt like: “Create a Voice AI agent that answers inbound calls, collects the caller’s name and reason for calling, and routes urgent requests.”
  2. Answer the setup questions the assistant asks. The assistant collects a few quick details before it creates anything such as your business name, the phone number to transfer urgent calls to, what counts as "urgent” (so it knows when to route), the agent’s name, etc. Enter the details as prompted.

  1. Review the proposal, then confirm creation. Once you provide the details, the assistant prepares a proposal for your review. After you confirm, it creates the Voice AI Agent.

  1. You can then test the setup with an inbound call or Test Your Agent to confirm urgent calls route correctly.
