Work Smarter Digital only support domains created in our Mailgun account and our LC Email account. When you connect an SMTP service outside of those options, Work Smarter Digital will no longer be able to provide email sending support.
When you use the email service we provide, Work Smarter Digital takes responsibility for the proper set up and management of the email service.
Mailgun (WSD Account)
HighLevel has a very good integration with Mailgun, so that we are able to see statistics and error messages within the Campaign and Automation statistics. Work Smarter Digital also has backend access to our Mailgun account allowing us to evaluate the issues.
LC Email (WSD Account)
HighLevel's email service, LC Email, is deeply integrated and has detailed statistics and error messages. Work Smarter Digital has backend access to our LC Email account allowing us to evaluate issues.
Connecting Your Own SMPT Service
Once you connect your own SMPT Service, you become responsible for diagnosing issues. The connection and set up could be just as much to blame as the content of the email and the way you sent it. Determining the root cause is your responsibility.
