Porting an Existing Number into the CRM

In most cases you can port your existing number into the CRM. Below are the instructions for US-based phone number porting. Please contact support for International Phone Numbers.

  1. Notify your current provider of your intent, but do not cancel.
    1. Your current provider account must be active and in good standing to port over.
  2. Request to speak to someone in the Porting Department.
    1. You will need a PDF copy of your Customer Service Record or CSR
  3. Complete the Letter of Authorization here
  4. Have PDF of your latest bill
  5. Fill out this Porting Form accurately.
    1. Request the following information from your CRM provider.
      • Agency Relationship Number: 
      • Name of Contact of this port request:
      • Email to be contacted on this port request: 
    • Log into the CRM and locate your account Location ID in Settings >> Business Profile
      • Location ID to port the number into:

  6. Submit the form

Note: Porting may take 6 weeks. There are multiple entities involved. It is important that you provide accurate and complete information at the start. W
