5 - Business Card Scanner
A business card scanner mobile app swiftly captures, organizes, and stores contact information from physical business cards using your smartphone's camera and the CRM Mobile App.
Must be on version 3.74 or higher to have access to the business card scanner.
Scan a New Business Card and Add a Contact
- Open the Mobile App
- Click on the Lightening Bolt
- Select Scan Business Card
- Scan the business card using your mobile phone camera
- You may scan multiple cards at once or one at a time
- Click Save Scanned Business Card
- Edit the Contact Record
- As with any Business Card Scanner, you will want to review the contact and ensure the information is correct and complete.
- Card chips: After scanning the business card, edits can still be made with help of chips available at the bottom. Drag the relevant text to the relevant field to rectify the error.
- Save the Contact Record
- RECOMMENDED: Add a tag to identify contacts added via the Scanner
