Connecting Domains

Connect your website domains to your CRM which will give you the ability to build and manage your funnels and even your website directly inside your CRM!


We strongly advise that you speak to your web developer before performing these actions.


DOMAINS in Websites

Step 1: Add New Domain to CRM

  • To add a new domain to your CRM, go to Settings >> Domains and click this button.

For use in WEBSITES, you will edit existing DNS records A record and CNAME record.

  • Enter your root domain into the URL box and click Continue. Example: domain.com
  • Always add the www domain as well.
  • For the major domain hosts, the CRM will automatically add the records for you. If it is unable to do this for you, it will provide you the DNS records to add.

  • Wait for it to Verify. This may require you to click the verify button a few times.

Manually Add DNS Records to your Domain Hosting

You will need to log into your web hosting service and change your DNS records to match what you see here.

Step 2: Connect the Domain to your Website

  • Go to Sites >> Websites
  • Open the specific Website
  • Click on Settings across the top
  • Click the domains drop down
  • Select the specific domain you want associated with this funnel

Step 3: Set the Redirect for your WWW Subdomain for your Website

  • Go to Sites >> URL Redirects
  • Click the Add a Redirect
  • Click the Domain drop down and select your www.domain.com
  • Enter the Path as " /* "
  • Click the Redirect Type and select ALL
  • For the Target Domain, select the root domain (domain.com)


SUBDOMAINS in Funnels

We use subdomains to create many funnel pages. We recommend setting up 3 main subdomains as outlined below.

Step 1: Add New Subdomain to CRM

  • To add a new domain to your CRM, go to Settings >> Domains and click this button.

For use in FUNNELS, we recommend you create the following CNAMES records for these subdomain URLs:

  • Enter your subdomain into the URL box and click Continue
  • For the major domain hosts, the CRM will automatically add the records for you. If it is unable to do this for you, it will provide you the DNS records to add.

  • Wait for it to Verify. This may require you to click the verify button a few times.

Step 2: Connect the Subdomain to your Funnel

  • Go to Sites >> Funnels
  • Open the specific Funnel
  • Click on Settings across the top
  • Click the domains drop down
  • Select the specific subdomain you want associated with this funnel
