Cleverique for WS CRM Clients
If you are already a Work Smarter Digital client, you have full access to the CRM. This gives you more access to customize the Digital Business Card and revise the emails. You have the following available within the CRM:
- Form titled Cleverique Digital Business Card
- Funnel titled Cleverique Digital Business Card
- Workflows within the folder Cleverique
- Media files within the folder Cleverique
Update the Digital Business Card
- Go to Sites >> Funnels
- Open the Funnel titled Cleverique Digital Business Card
- If your website is built in the Work Smarter CRM, your Cleverique card will be under your Website
- You may add new buttons, videos, or images as you like
Note: Changing the URL of the Funnel or Website page will break the redirect from https://cleverique.com/firstname-lastname and the QR Code we provided.
Review and Update the Emails
- Go to Marketing >> Template (Snippets)
- You will see 3 emails listed
- Click the edit icon to edit each email
- Click on the blue text to replace the scheduling link in the email
As part of the Done-For-You Set Up, we will have created your User Email Signature. This is automatically pulled into the email.
