Facebook Pages Missing in Page Selector Dropdown

The issue with Facebook Business Page(s) not showing up when you integrate FB with your CRM account is relatively common, and this article aims to help you troubleshoot that.

  • Go to your personal Profile in Facebook
  • Click on your Avatar
  • You are looking for Settings & Privacy...how you get there constantly changes
  • Once there go to Business Integrations
  • This link will hopefully take you right to the page: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools

The page will look similiar to this.

  • Click on View and Edit for the LeadConnector App
  • Check the box next to your new or missing page for ALL the options available
  • SAVE
  • Your Facebook page should now be available in the Social Planner
