Connect Google Meet

Google Meet is a support communications platform that allows users to connect with video, audio, phone, and chat simultaneously within the CRM! Integrating your Google Meet account with calendars is easy to set up and is a great way to take your productivity to the next level. By syncing your Google Meet account with your calendar(s), you can quickly schedule appointments, send out reminders, and keep track of upcoming events - all in one place!


Integrate Google Meet

  • Go to Settings >> My Profile
  • Scroll to User Availability

  • Click the dropdown for Meeting Location
  • Select Google Meet
  • Following the instructions to connect Google Meet
    • Lead Connector is the 3rd party tool we use to connect the CRM to many applications
  • Make sure you save your select as Meeting Location of Google Meet

Add Google Meet to Calendar Events

  • Go to Settings >> Calendars
  • Review EACH Calendar Event to ensure Google Meet is selected as your meeting location
