Notifications in Communities

There are two types of notifications within a community group: In-App and Email. Community action notifications will help engagement of your members with your content and with one another.

In-App Notifications

The Client Portal Notifications feature consolidates all notifications from the client portal and its associated child apps into a centralized location – the Notifications Tab. This allows users to conveniently access and manage all their notifications within the application. 

How to access Notification?

  • Navigate to the Bell icon within the application.
  • All notifications, including those from child apps (courses, communities), will be listed in the same place.
  • Click on each notification to view details or take relevant actions.


Email Notifications

For most of the community engagement actions, the members will receive an email notification.

At this time, there are no notification preferences.
