Create User Email Signature
Creating your user email signature makes it easier to send emails in the system. You will be able to add your signature as a Custom Field to emails and keep them consistent.
If you want a nice looking email signature, consider creating one using WiseStamp or similar solution.
Add Signature to My Profile
- Click on Settings
- Click on My Profile and scroll down to Email Signature
Three Options to Create Your Signature
- Copy and paste your signature from your email into the signature box
- Type your signature into the signature box
- Copy HTML the code here
Add your email signature to Emails in Automations
- Within the email template click Custom Values -> User -> Signature.
- Make sure the code given is at the bottom of the email template (where you would expect to see an email signature)
- Click Save
