Facebook Lead Notification
This is a simple workflow to notify users or clients of new leads from your Facebook Ad forms.
Pre-Requisite
You've created a Facebook Leads Form that has been published.
Connect Your Facebook
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Connect Facebook
You may only connect one Facebook account.
- Click on Facebook Form Fields Mapping on this same page to map the fields
Create /Update Workflow
- Go to Automations
- Search for Workflow
- Set the Trigger to your Facebook Lead Form
- Make sure to select the Form you want to use in the Filter section
- Assign the new contact to a User
- Create an Internal Notification to yourself or your client
- Enter the client's email into TO CUSTOM EMAIL
- Add Emails for auto response
